Your Body

Our physical health is inextricably tied to our mental health. Each may affect the other. My blog entitled Your Body and Stress (under development) provides some of the most relevant information that we are only now discovering about how our biology alters to deal with a stressful event and how this response may be shaped by our earlier life experiences. I believe that we owe it to ourselves to understand and develop the knowlegde required to maintain our own health. It is important to not give away our power to medical professionals who may have their own biases and shortcomings.
